The Bauman Moscow State Technical University, (further – "University"), in the name of rector I.B. Fedorov, and IBM Eastern Europe /Asia Ltd. (further – “IBM”) in the name of director-general C.G. Kornilev, have expressed intention concerning the below-mentioned:

• To consider creation possibility of Mainframe Center of Excellence (Academic centre of IBM competence) for experts training improvement in the information technologies field in a direction “Computer science and computer engineering” on the basis of open standards, the open source software and modern IBM technologies... "

From University within the limits of the present Memorandum is planned:

"... the responsible person appointment for the works organization under the present Memorandum for Memorandum action;

Regular seminars holding on subjects of IBM technologies with attraction of high-course students of all University faculties... "

From IBM within the limits of the present Memorandum it is planned:

"... the responsible person appointment for the works organization under the present Memorandum for Memorandum action;

Educational laboratory IBM base allocation for the organization of target preparation of engineering personnel according to IBM requirements... "
